Job summary

The Ophthalmic Directorate is based within Outpatient West, Level 2 of the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. We are a busy department undertaking the assessment and care of ophthalmic patients for day case surgery. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person to join the team within the Nelson Day Unit.

Main duties of the job

Ophthalmology is a progressive and exciting department, which is continuously adapting to meet and enhance the care provided to our patients.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, hardworking and flexible person to assist with the smooth running of this busy department where we undertake day case ophthalmic surgery.

The role will involve you working on Nelson Day Unit at the NNUH. We are looking for someone with previous ophthalmic experience for this busy department.

The successful applicant will need to be flexible, with some evening and weekend working required. Actual hours/days will be discussed further at interview.
