Job summary

Workplace Health and Wellbeing have an exciting opportunity to welcome a Health and Wellbeing Practitioner to join their clinical team at Rouen Road. The post holder will undertake a range of both management and clinical activities. The post holder will be actively involved in the development and delivery of health and wellbeing services for staff.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be the responsible for delivering aspects of the Staff Health & Wellbeing Strategy for the organisation and also represent Workplace Health & wellbeing to our external clients if required.

The Practitioner will provide a high standard of specific care for an identified client group and will be proficient and competent to work across professional disciplines.

The post holder will be able to deliver elements of Occupational health and wellbeing and undertake clinical work in domains that have previously only been within the remit of registered professionals. He or she would also have the underpinning knowledge and assessed level of competence to undertake such as role - locally assessed following academic instruction.

You will develop appropriate programmes of health & wellbeing initiatives.

You will work autonomously seeking guidance from Senior Health and Wellbeing Practitioner as required.

You will work closely with other professionals across the organization to provide a multidisciplinary, collaborative approach to supporting staff.
