North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare Trust is pleased to advertise this full time, 37.5 hours per week, Band 3 Team Administrator post.
The post is situated in our Community Assessment Stabilisation and Treatment Team (CASTT), and you will work alongside the multi-disciplinary team within our expanding Complex Emotional Needs pathway. You will be supported by the Team Leader, Consultant Clinical Psychologist, and the Senior Mental Health Practitioners to deliver compassionate care to a warm, passionate and trauma-informed multi-disciplinary team.
We largely operate as an on-line team with some face-to-face meetings, and we support hybrid, agile and flexible working approaches in line with our service delivery model.
Main duties of the job
In your role you will take calls from service users and ensure any enquiries are managed appropriately. You will be required to liaise with other teams and outside organisations. You will be approachable, compassionate and have excellent communication skills.
