Senior People Advisor - 34 hours per week.
Band 6, £38,682 - £46,580 pro rata, per annum.
As a member of the People Operations Team, to provide a comprehensive day-to-day people service, covering the full range of people / Human Resource related issues, to meet the needs of the Trust and staff in an effective and professional manner.
Main duties of the job
To provide people related and HR advice across the range of complex people / HR issues, developing excellent working relationships with key stakeholders, in order to enable service areas to achieve their departmental, Key Performance Indicators/Targets and Trust corporate objectives.
To support the People Business Partner with the delivery of Operational HR and recruitment advice. Responsible for day to day supervision of a People Advisor, ensuring that HR advice provided is legally compliant and organisational change adheres to the relevant policies, procedures and protocols.
