Directorate Senior Business Administrator : Band 5
We have an exciting opportunity as a Directorate Senior Business Administrator within the Acute and Urgent Care Directorate. The successful candidate will be supporting the Clinical Director and Associate Director for Acute and Urgent Care, as well as the Senior Leadership Team. This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours a week.
We are looking for a forward thinking, committed and enthusiastic individual who is able to demonstrate the values of the Trust. The successful candidate will be able to manage a varied workload, able to meet tight deadlines, have experience of minuting, agenda setting and electronic diary management. and have experience of managing staff.
Main duties of the job
Works to support the Directorate management team in the co-ordination of Directorate activity and communication.
Develops and co-ordinates performance and business management systems and processes to ensure comprehensive service performance monitoring.
Line management of the Directorate administration team.
A key member of the Directorate Management Team, contributing to the development and co-ordination of performance, business management, quality and information governance systems and processes, ensuring the Trust's vision, strategic aims and service objectives are translated into practice. The post holder will develop a thorough understanding of the Trust's business whilst developing robust relationships with teams and Corporate services.
