Job summary

We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly team to deliver an excellent recruitment service for both managers and candidates.

Main duties of the job

You will be part of a fantastic and friendly team that is supporting high levels of Recruitment activity at a very busy and exciting time for the Trust.

This role is to provide a comprehensive advisory and administrative Recruitment function across the Trust, providing seamless customer service to both internal and external clients and third parties. The role works in partnership with the Medical Staffing and People Team.

You will be working to tight deadlines and a very busy schedule, so will need to be reliable, well organised and it will be essential to develop good working relationships with internal colleagues of all levels.

This role requires a good communicator who is calm, and able to work flexibly both as a team player and autonomously. You will need to be IT literate and have the ability to quickly learn to use our recruitment system Trac.
