Job summary

The City CMHT at the Sutherland Centre are looking to recruit to a receptionist/admin and clerical vacancy. The post is full time and permanent.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritise their workload and have good computer skills.

Main duties of the job

General reception duties, meeting and greeting patients.

General administrative duties including booking patients in, typing of general correspondence e.g. letters, emails

Data entry using Microsoft programmes such as Excel.

Answering telephone calls and providing information within your area of expertise.
