"An exciting opportunity has arisen within the South Stoke CAMHS Team to join us for a 12 month secondment in the role of Clinical Lead.
This role will support the Team Manager in delivering a high quality mental health service for the young people of Stoke-on-Trent. Provide clinical leadership within the team and management support, deputising for the Team Manager in their absence and act as a source of expertise and point of contact within the team and demonstrate highly specialised communication skills and problem solving abilities when prioritising risk.

Main duties of the job
- To ensure that accurate and up to date records are maintained on all patients ensuring that
- Documentation meets agreed standards.
- To undertake holistic complex assessments and plan care according to need.
- To demonstrate and deliver skilled clinical care to a diverse caseload of patients utilising Best
- Practice and evidence based practice to include independent, non-medical prescribing as appropriate.
- To evaluate the outcome of care and modify the care plan as required with the staff member.
- To advise staff and support patients and carers as required.
