North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust has exciting opportunities available for Health Care Support Workers within our Acute In-patient; Community; Neuro Psychiatry, Old Age Psychiatry, Learning Disabilities and Children's services who wish to work within our Temporary Bank Service.

Main duties of the job

Joining the Bank provides an excellent opportunity for those who wish to gain insight and experience into diverse areas whilst providing you with the flexibility to choose your own working hours. It can also provide the opportunity to gain experience with the Trust as a precursor to permanent employment.

Job responsibilities

To be successful in your application you will be expected to have good communication skills, with a caring and compassionate approach to all. You will be expected to actively engage patients carers in the care process and liaise with other professionals involved in the patients care. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring safe management and safeguarding of all the patients in our care. Experience
