Ward Manager, Ward 3, Harplands Hospital:

Do you want to be part of an innovative and collaborative Senior Mental Health Leadership Team? The Acute & Urgent Care Directorate within NSCHT are looking for applicants for the Ward Manager post. This is a great opportunity for Senior Nurses/Deputy Ward Manager to develop their leadership skills and drive some exciting developments within a complex and fast-paced adult mental health environment. You will be supported by the wider Leadership Team to ensure we continue to maintain high quality, patient focused services in line with our national and locally agreed targets.

We are welcoming applicants from Registered Mental Health Nursing [RMN] and Registered General Nursing [RGN].

Ward 3 is a dynamic, fast paced ward specialising in complex female mental health assessment. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate our Proud To Care Values.

Main duties of the job

Provide management and clinical leadership to the multi-disciplinary team to ensure care is delivered which is person centred and meets standards for Quality and Safety, in partnership with service users and carers.
