Job description

Job responsibilities

A leading provider of mental health, social care, learning disability and substance misuse services in the West Midlands, Combined Healthcare has Band 5RMN nursing vacancies open now in its Acute teams.

This is a great opportunity for Nurses who are interested in working within an acute setting in at an innovative and progressive Trust that develops and nurtures their colleagues to progress whilst putting the people we care at the forefront of everything we do. We would also love to hear from those who may be thinking of a return to the NHS and how we can support their journey. There are some amazing and inspiring speakers at our event sharing their experiences of working in an acute setting and I would invite anyRMN Nurses (whether actively looking for a new role or just interested in our story) to log on to our online event to have open conversations with our colleagues to see if they are ready to take the next step in their career journey, said Ami Stonier, Recruitment Manager.

We are exceptionally proud of our people offer at Combined Healthcare. The Trust was awarded an overall Outstanding rating by the Care Quality Commission in 2019 - the highest rating they can award which makes us one of two specialist mental health trusts in England to hold this rating.

We are also the highest scoring mental health trust in the entire NHS from the recent NHS Staff Survey for the support staff get from colleagues, the amount of responsibility staff are given, the opportunities staff have to use their skills, levels of pay, opportunities for flexible working patterns and the ability to make suggestions to improve work.

The online Open Evening will run from 4 7pm on Microsoft Teams, where attendees will be able to find out more about working in the acute teams and if they wish attend an interview that day. There will also be an opportunity to ask Combined Healthcare colleagues about our OutstandingNursing team at the Trust, as well as relocation information about living and working in North Staffordshire for those thinking of applying for a role from outside the area.

The event is open to qualified, registered nurses. To register your interest please apply using the link below and we will send you a Microsoft Team's invite to join the event and allocate a time for your interview.
