Main duties of the job

Our resourcing team is responsible for facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process of every new starter joining the Trust.

Our Resourcing Assistants should have friendly and helpful customer service skills, as you will be answering calls and email queries daily.

You need to be able to manage your time effectively and support the recruitment journey from the moment a vacancy arises to when the successful candidate starts in post.
