Job summary
To provide a comprehensive and confidential administration service, working within the Reception and Booking team in accordance with Departmental, Trust and National standards, policies, and procedures. Assisting and supporting the Community Diagnostics Centre Deputy Operations manager and the Services within the CDC where necessary, in the day-to-day management of their areas.
Main duties of the job
o Deal with all telephone calls relating to the CDC appointment and booking system, ensuring all calls are dealt with in a polite, pleasant, and professional manner.
o Greet patients, check, and update details including ethnicity on the PAS and Soliton system according to the data quality standards and the Patient Access Policy. Direct patients to the appropriate area.
o Booking of all patient's appointments in line with the National time targets for diagnostics.
