Main duties of the job
The post holder will play a key role in ensuring that high quality project management is provided to theOffice of Clinical Informatics (Chief Clinical Informatics and Chief Nursing Informatics Officers), to support the project/programme portfolio of the team, and the Finance & Performance Directorate with responsibility for managing diaries and producing selected reports and correspondence on behalf of the associated programmes delivered.The post holder will frequently be required to provide information on details of the management structure and processes within the Office of Clinical Informatics portfolio to other managers and senior managers within the Trust.The post holder will be expected to work within the Finance and Performance Directorate as part of ateam including the CCIO, CNIO, Deputy CCIO / CNIOs, Heads of Service, Programme Leads and Project Managers; as well as Clinicians supporting and assisting the Team as and where required.There may be a need to work flexibly from time to time to meet the needs of the service.

Main duties and Responsibilities- Assist the Office of Clinical Informatics Leads in preparation, delivery, updating and monitoring allproject plans, documentation, and deliverables.- Communicate and co-ordinate all Electronic patient Record (EPR) activities from the Office of theCCIO to the Programme Management Office (PMO) of UHCW and GEH/SWFT run by Innovate(IT Company of SWFT/GEH)on behalf of GEH Clinical Informatics team Identify, build and manage multifunctional teams of both technical and non technical staff in linewith Trust procedures and best practice- Support the Divisional teams to identify the scope, objectives and outputs of the project andcomplete the development of project documentation e.g. Project Initiation Documents, projectimplementation, benefit realisation and risk analysis and management plans. Ensure thesedocuments are available within the Programme library. Support the Divisional teams with identifying and enabling the operational change managementresulting from any implementation of new systems across the Trust.- Develop and maintain strong communication links with internal and external stakeholders,providing regular updates and complex written reports on project progress to the Project Boardand Programme Board as appropriate conveying complex issues and negotiating desired

- oRelevant administrative experience at a senior level
- oExperienced user of MS Office and apps on MS Teams, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- oCompetent internet user
- oMinute taking as action notes - not transcription
- oExperience of working in the public sector, preferably within the NHS
- oAble to understand and support programme and project structures and processes.
Desirable
- Working within a secureand confidential environment.
Qualification and Professional Training
Essential
- oRSA level 3 in type writing or equivalent or equivalent demonstratable competence
Desirable
- oDegree or equivalent experience
- oShorthand or Speedwriting (Desirable)
- oHealthcare specific qualification / training / certification including in Digital Health
