Recruitment (Resourcing) Advisor
1 x 37.5 hours per week, permanent
1 x 30 hours per week, permanent
Both roles will be Mon to Fri, with occasional evenings and weekends to support recruitment events
£25,147 - £27,596 per annum (pro-rata)

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with in house recruitment experience, who are able to work within a fast paced in house resourcing service, and provide end to end recruitment support to candidates, recruiting managers and the wider resourcing team

Main duties of the job
Working in collaboration with specific directorates, you will be responsible for all aspects of end to end Agenda for Change and Medical recruitment from advertising to offer completion with a particular focus on effective hiring manager engagement and exceptional candidate experience
This role requires you to work with accuracy and pace; re-assessing priorities and conflicting demands on a daily basis.
A competent user of MS office applications; previous experience of end to end recruitment and a passion for recruitment are all essential.
