Job summary
We are looking for a band 6 dietitian with an interest / experience in gastroenterology to join our team for 12 months to cover maternity leave.
You will be supported in the post by senior dietitians and will have opportunity to develop skills in management of a range of gastro conditions in inpatient and outpatient settings.
Main duties of the job
To provide dietetic support and advice to patients with a range of gastro conditions including but not limited to management of IBS, liver disease, IBD, malabsorption. The successful candidate will manage outpatient clinics and hold an inpatient caseload, supporting the inpatient team with surgical patients + critical care in addition to the gastro ward, working closely with the MDT.
