Wye Valley NHS Trust believes in investing in our staff to develop local consultants and leaders of the future. We support all SAS doctors by investing in local teaching programmes for Generic Professional Capabilities such as Human Factors training, Leadership development and Quality Improvement training. Additionally we offer a consultant supervisor to all our SAS doctors in paediatrics who will support you to seek out the GMC and RCPCH competencies that you need to apply for a consultant post via the CESR route if you wish to pursue this.
