Job summary

Wye Valley NHS Trust are seeking a Temporary Staffing Co-ordinator for Nurse Bank. ***30 HOURS***

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for a pivotal role that co-ordinates the activities of numerous stakeholders to provide an efficient and cost effective service that meets the needs of our medical staffing requirements.

The role will require you to work as part of a team and on your own initiative, liaising with various colleagues throughout the organisation to ensure an effective temporary medical workforce supply.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will provide guidance and support to all temporary staff employed through Wye Valley NHS Bank including bank nurses and doctors and other staff groups.

The post holder will be responsible for receiving and booking of temporary staff including all staff groups to ensure that all shifts and staff booking information is entered accurately and timely into the e-roster system and the data base.

Assist in the staffing areas in the acute setting as well as the community hospitals under the guidance of the Temporary Staffing Manager and the supervisor.
