We are seeking an organised and meticulous person to assist in the management of the Trust residential accommodation process. A good knowledge of the systems is required and attention to detail is a requirement of the role alongside excellent communication both written and verbal is essential.

The successful candidate will be dealing with allocation, occupation, lease and licence agreements, deposits and payments associated with the accommodation and will need to possess the necessary skills and experience in a similar role.

Main duties of the job

  • To manage Trust residential accommodation used for Students, Doctors in training, Under Graduate placement, Deanery, Radiology and other staff members whilst working at or undertaking training with Wye Valley NHS Trust.
  • Providing accommodation to assist with recruitment and retention of staff and students.
  • To assist with the development and implementation of the Trust Accommodation Policy and any associated paperwork and procedures linked to the allocation, occupation, condition of and payment for the accommodation.
  • To work with Trust managers and the Under Graduate Department to maximise the use of the available accommodation.
  • To manage the cleaning, linen service and maintenance of the residential accommodation
  • To work closely with the Security and Logistics Manager assisting generally with administrative duties and other general tasks as required
