Job summary

Bank Administration Assistant, Band 2 - 3 depending on experience, 15 - 30 hours per week available until 31st March 2024

Are you an experienced Administrator with excellent customer service skills and an eye for detail?

Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment, do you want flexibility to suit you? If you've answered yes to the above this could be the role for you!

There is currently an opportunity for you to join our professional recruitment team, you will be responsible to provide administration support to the recruitment team across all areas of the Trust using our electronic recruitment system.

You will be responsible for ensuring the applicants file is compliant with NHS Employment Standards in terms of offer documentation, right to work and DBS clearance checks.

Main duties of the job

To provide administrative and clerical support to the HR Recruitment Team.

You will be required to work as part of a team, and communicate effectively and courteously with a wide range of individuals, both internally and externally.
