We are looking for someone with an interest in User Support and IT systems to join our team. This is an exciting new role in a newly formed User Support Team and will be at the centre of the digital journey within the Trust.
Training will be provided to ensure you have a full understanding of the computer systems used. Opportunities for Agile working available.
Main duties of the job
- Support users of WVT clinical systems including the Maxims EPR system, the EPRO EPMA system, the Digital Dictation system and the community EMIS system.
- Log user support calls and queries, prioritise and action them according to the clinical systems support procedures where applicable.
- Appropriately escalate issues that cannot be resolved independently. This will include liaison with Hoople, with the clinical system management teams and, where appropriate, with clinical system suppliers.
- Work in collaboration with the training and onboarding team functions to address persistent and recurrent issues in a systematic and strategic manner to prevent recurrences.
- To keep clinical systems knowledge up to date in line with system upgrades and support processes and procedures. Support will be provided with this.
