Business Administration Apprentice

Job summary

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice to join Children's Community Services at the GEM Centre.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join us in Community Paediatrics and provide administrative support to our administration teams.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will provide administrative support to our Medical Secretary and Outpatient Support Teams, completing tasks such as filing, scanning, typing, data input, distributing letters and booking clinics.

In addition, the successful candidate will assist and respond to a range of queries from parents, carer's and professionals ensuring that all queries are actioned appropriately and within timescale.
