We are looking to appoint one substantive Consultant Dermatologist, up to 7 Programmed Activities. This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious dermatology team aiming to give the highest quality of care to the population served by The Royal Wolverhampton Hospitals NHS Trust and Walsall Healthcare Trust. The successful candidate must possess a Primary medical degree; Full GMC Registration with a Licence to Practice; CCT/CCST in Dermatology; Inclusion on the GMC specialist register for Dermatology; MRCP or equivalent.

To assist the current team and have responsibility for ensuring a commitment to provide a high quality of Dermatology Services to patients by continual development of practice in the light of evidence-base, and clinical standards.2. To partake in Skin Cancer MDT.3. To provide advice to colleagues in other specialities on Dermatology care.4. To provide a comprehensive Outpatient service and specialist clinics in male genital and HIV dermatology. (The candidate is able shadow an established consultant in this clinic until they feel ready to undertake the clinic independently)5. To provide clinical support and teaching to resident and speciality doctors, Medical Students and Postgraduate Medical Education.6. To support and encourage audit and research.7. To have responsibility for ensuring a commitment to maintaining a high quality of service to patients.8. To actively participate in CPD and personal development plans.9. To undertake Teledermatology triage of referrals
