Job summary
The successful candidate will work within the Therapies and Ambulatory Care Services Directorate, across the City of Wolverhampton and may be located at all Trust sites including Cannock Chase Hospital, New Cross Hospital and community locations reporting to the Foot Health Service manager.
You will need to be hard working, compassionate and willing to learn new techniques and to provide the highest levels of patient centered care.

Evidence of HCPC (Podiatry) registration required
BSc (Hons) Podiatric Medicine / Podiatry
A minimum of 2 years post-graduation experience or comparable experience.
Evidence of exposure to high-risk patient care including diabetic foot management
Experience in assessment, nail surgery and biomechanics required.
Main duties of the job
You will be expected to provide podiatric care within community settings including patients' homes and care homes, being exposed to high-risk patient care including the management of the diabetic foot.
You will work as part of the -high risk foot team with a focus on reducing ulceration and amputation
Experience in all aspects of podiatric assessment will be required, including nail surgery, biomechanics required and offloading.
You will be expected to rotate into triage sessions
