The Dept of Orthotics at The Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt Hospital, Oswestry, is looking for an administrator to join our team on a fixed term contract of 12 months working weekly Monday - Thursday inclusive. The position is part time, 30 hours a week covering a large range of administrative tasks linked directly to providing patient care.
Main duties of the job
The role will include the administrative element of managing patients treatment, covering waiting list management, booking appointments, reception, clinic prep and clinic outcoming. It includes communication face to face, via the telephone and emails, with patients, the Orthotics team and the wider health system and colleagues.
