Medical People Services is seeking to appoint a Medical Recruitment Specialist. As an effective communicator, you will manage all resourcing activities for Medical and Dental staff within the Trust, including planning, attracting, and onboarding new employees.

Main duties of the job

Duties of the post include:

  • Managing resourcing activities for Medical and Dental staff delivering an end to end recruitment process
  • Developing new starter onboarding initiatives to ensure new employees are welcomed into the trust
  • Provide information to Care Groups and Divisional Managers on a range of medical workforce issues
  • Ensuring that trust policies and standards, as well as national terms and conditions of employment for doctors are adhered to
  • To deal with a range of employee relations queries in accordance with the trust's HR policies and terms and conditions of employment for medical and dental staff
  • To develop a strong grasp of all Medical and Dental contracts and provide advice to divisions on terms and conditions of service

  • Evidence of continuing professional development

Experience and Knowledge
