Job summary
We are looking to appoint an Education Learning Assistant who will provide an administrative service predominantly within theEducation Support Unit and support within the Library Services to support organisational learning and development, primarily reception duties within Sath Education Research and Improvement Institute (SERII).
Along with GCSEs at grades 9 - 4 in Maths and English (or equivalent) , you will have recent office experience with Word/text processing to basic level and experience of using Microsoft Office.
The post holder will vary their work pattern by assisting the wider Integrated Education Team and general office administration.
Main duties of the job
To provide an administrative service within the Education Support Unit to support organisational learning and development, primarily the input and maintenance of accurate training and development records on the Learning Made Simple (LMS) platform. Essential
- Literacy & numeracy to GCSE level (grade A-C) or equivalent
Relevant Work Experience

- Office experience
- Word/Text processing to basic level (eg RSA 2/ equivalent) experience
- Experience of using Microsoft Windows, and Excel Databases

- Experience of producing reports from simple data
