An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Women and Children Operational Admin Team.

The successful candidate will be expected to use their management experience to develop a wide range of services with the Operational Manager. You should have gained experience within a health service setting looking for an opportunity to develop your management and leadership skills. This role requires values-based leadership.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will work closely with the Centre Clinical Directors, matrons, Centre Managers and other Assistant Business Operational Managers to ensure efficient and effective management of all resources in order to deliver safe, high quality and effective clinical services in an environment of continuous improvement.
