Job summary
To provide administrative support to the multidisciplinary fertility team. The successful applicant will have a strong background in administration, be a good team player and must be sensitive to the specific needs of fertility patients.
The post holder will be expected to participate in some bank holiday working on a rota basis (one or two per year and not including Christmas) to help cover reception and staff the main phone line.
This role is based in a modern, open plan office offsite at Severn Fields Health Village and doesn't lend itself to home working. The working pattern is negotiable but is likely to involve Tuesdays and Fridays.
Main duties of the job
Provide comprehensive administrative support for the scientific team including but not limited to; Review of embryo storage documentation, typing of letters from templates and from information given as required, cross checking patient information across systems for accuracy, production of bills and filing.
Helping with administration across the wider team such as billing, filing, clinic preparation, appointment management, typing, reception duties, data entry, staffing the busy phone line, replying to emails.
