Job summary
The post holder will be responsible for the leadership, management and development of the Women and Children's Senior Leadership Personal Assistant team. Also, they will role model and deliver a confidential administrative and secretarial support service, to the Divisional Operations Director, Deputy Director of Operations and Divisional Medical Director Thus, enabling them to perform effectively within a challenging and complex regulated environment.
Main duties of the job
Provide line management to the senior leadership team Pas/apprentices. Including (but not exclusive to) appraisal, absence and rota management and development of a first class workforce of Personal Assistants.
Work collaboratively with the senior leadership team to ensure that resources are used flexibly to meet demand, including appropriate office cover and the provision of assistance in times of particular pressure in any area.
Provide a comprehensive and professional Executive PA service, removing unnecessary demands and pressures from the Divisional Director Team members identified.
