Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 4 Team Administrator to join the CAMHS Alliance Crises Team. Your role within the team will be to deliver a quality administrative and secretarial service to the team. This will be an excellent opportunity for you to develop your skills if you are an administrator with an ability to exercise a degree of personal autonomy and decision making. You will be working within a large, friendly, well established team to support clinical staff to reach positive outcomes for children and young people presenting in crises. You will receive monthly supervision from your line manager together with training and development opportunities to progress your career.

Main duties of the job

The role will be based within the CAMHS Alliance Crises Team out of O Block at Lakeside. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Alliance CAMHs crisis team. As the team administrator you will be part of the wider administration team, to provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective service. The post holder will be the first point of contact into the service and will contribute to a friendly, efficient, customer focused admin, secretarial service for the service, supporting achievement of local and wider Trust objectives. Candidates will be required to exhibit strong initiative, planning and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines within this role. A high level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills is essential for this job role together with excellent accurate data capture skills.

Our work is predominantly community based, but we also support WMUH in a liaison and advisory capacity with patients presenting in a mental health crisis.
