Main duties of the job

As a Quality Improvement Facilitator, you will coach and support clinical, non-clinical, and corporate teams to design and deliver impactful QI projects. You'll lead training sessions, workshops, and coaching to build improvement capability across the Trust, using tools such as PDSA cycles, root cause analysis, and process mapping. You'll work closely with senior leaders and service users to drive measurable change, evaluate impact, and share learning. You will also support the development of the Trust's QI resources and communications, helping to embed a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
