This is a pivotal time for our team as we implement The Community Mental Health Framework, transforming the way we deliver mental health services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you'll have the autonomy to manage a diverse caseload of patients with varied mental health conditions, while working collaboratively with community partners, including GP practices.

Main duties of the job
We are seeking skilled and compassionateRegistered Mental Health Nursesto:
- Help individuals with mental health needs access care where and when they need it, ensuring smooth transitions across the mental health care system.
- Deliver a person-centred approach to care, supporting recovery and independence in local communities.
- Strengthen relationships with the MINT team and community partners to ensure integrated, high-quality care.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Professional Registration: Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) registration.
- Prior experience in a range of community mental health settings and working with diverse mental health diagnoses.
- Knowledge and experience in delivering effective brief interventions to patients with varying mental health needs.
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication

Experience

- Demonstrable experience of post qualifying work in psychiatry.
- Experience of supervising junior staff within own and/or other disciplines
