Job summary

The post holder will be the administrator for the MHST team based at Armstrong way and for Specialist Ealing CAMHS based at, Armstrong Way. Whilst the post holder will be managed by the CAMHS Office Manager, based at Armstrong Way and will have strong relationships with the admin team within CAMHS, the day to day working relationships will be with the MHST multi-disciplinary team, Tier 2 admin team and other professionals within MHST and SPECIALIST EALING CAMHS team.

The post holder will be responsible for all administrative tasks within Ealing CAMHS. This will range from minute taking, updating wait lists, organising resources, sending out letters, booking appointments, speaking to parents, answering enquiries from parents, referrers and other professionals.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective service. The post holder is required to use initiative, planning and prioritising of their time to ensure that deadlines are met, providing administrative support, including inputting information onto RIO. The post holder will provide cover and support for colleagues and administration staff during annual leave and sickness absence.

The post holder will contribute to a friendly, efficient, customer focused admin, secretarial service for the service, supporting the achievements of local and wider Trust objectives, providing a professional service to staff, contractors, visitors, patients, relatives and carers ensuring they are appropriately assisted whether via face to face, video, telephone or other method. In addition, the post holder will provide admin support to the wider admin team and supporting the supervision and management of any Band 2 or 3 staff
