Job summary
The Temporary Staffing Services of West London NHS Trust is seeking to recruit a highly skilled Band 4 Training and Compliance Coordinator
The post will require the successful candidate to co-ordinate mandatory training compliance for bank staff. Ensuring that bank staff are up to date with mandatory training and assisting bank staff in booking training to ensure continued eligibility to work. In addition, the post holder will monitor compliance of DBS, right to work and professional registration.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a very challenging and demanding environment and provide a professional, effective and efficient Temporary Staffing Service.
Excellent communication skills are essential as the post requires the ability to develop and maintain professional working relationships with Bank staff, Ward/Department Managers, Learning and Development Departments and Human Resource colleagues.

Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate must be proficient with various IT applications in order to use the established E rostering process. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential, as well as a good understanding of the current trends of the temporary workforce within an NHS setting.
Experience of working within a Temporary Staffing setting is desirable but not essential
