Job summary

Due to promotion of the current post holder, an opportunity has arisen for a Medical Recruitment Officer who is able to 'hit the floor running' to join our high performing recruitment team.

You will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment life cycle for all medical staff groups, providing a customer focused service to all hiring managers and stakeholders within the division.

The role also covers the management of applications of student nurses to the Trust and maintaining engagement with them until qualified to start.

This is hybrid role between working from home and in the office.

Main duties of the job

As a Medical Recruitment Officer, you will play a key role in providing an effective, reliable and responsive recruitment advisory and administration service, which will include managing recruitment activities and providing advice and guidance to applicants and recruiting managers.
