Job summary

Gain hands-on experience, and achieve a Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship with Henley Business School.

Open to graduates with a 2:2 degree or higher, or five years of work experience, as well as NHS staff and those with 0-3 years of managerial experience.

Main duties of the job

Embark on a transformative journey by taking on two placement roles, over two-years which rotate annually. This unique opportunity is designed to provide you with a comprehensive experience across acute, community, and mental health services, along with exposure to planning and programme management. Your role may involve assistant service management, assistant people management, or programme officer responsibilities.
