Job summary
As a Clinical systems trainer, you will be a highly motivated person to help support High-quality training and training media. You will have the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels. If you have experience in the production of e-learning, this would also be an advantage.The successful candidate will be comfortable working on his or her own initiative but will also be a good team player. You will also have good planning and organizational skills ensuring training meets the needs of the departments and organization. As part of the clinical systems training team you would be creating relevant in-house training programs and resources for staff Selecting the most appropriate training methods and activities, performing needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and areas in need of improvement, and providing vital information about training sessions and informing staff about available training Liaising with management and service to create training plans and bespoke training as required through the Learning Needs Assessment.
This is a Fixed Term contract for 1 Year, based at Ealing Broadway and other sites. However, some travel at Broadmoor will be expected for this position.
Main duties of the job
Looking for A Highly motivated trainer that is capable of conducting training to a very high standard and managing attendees so that they learn at the best pace. They should possess excellent verbal communication skills, as the training is done both face to face as well as virtually online. They must also have a competent level of experience with Microsoft products and digital systems, such as Ms Teams.
