Clinical caseload for a full time PWP: 10 x assessments (no overbook), 20 x treatments (including GSH and cCBT).

Main duties of the job
You'll support and enhance the professional psychological care of clients within the Hounslow IAPT service. This will involve providing mental health screening assessments and psychological interventions under the supervision of a qualified member of the team, working independently according to a plan agreed with the line manager and within the overall framework of the team's policies and procedures.
In addition you will undertake clinically related administration, conduct of audits, collection of statistics, development of audit and/or research projects and project work.
You will be based in the Isleworth Centre team base and Health Centres in the London Borough of Hounslow, as well as home working.
This post involves being able to work at least one evening session (12pm - 8pm) per week
Clinical duties for Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner - PWP will include:- screening new referrals and making decisions about suitability of referrals - assessing clients to review their needs and suitability for the service- offering a range of treatment options including GSH, online treatment, groups- other opportunities may arise where staff are able to develop a champion role
This role will include working with people from different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary, and you will be passionate about providing an equal opportunity for all clients to access our services

The team provide a range of brief cognitive behavioural-based interventions such as guided self-help (face-to-face, video, telephone and online), workshops and groups (including co-facilitation of step 3 groups), in addition to telephone and face-to-face assessments. The successful candidate may also be supported to take on champion/lead roles within the team!
