We are an established and friendly service looking for an enthusiastic PWP seeking variety, new experiences and autonomy.
Clinical caseload for a full time PWP: 10 x assessments (no overbook), 20 x treatments (including GSH and cCBT).

Main duties of the job
- You will support the psychological care of clients accessing the service. Clinical duties include:
-screening referrals -assessing clients to determine their needs and suitability -offering a range of treatment options (e.g. GSH, cCBT, groups)-clinical administration-liaising with healthcare providers to support onward referrals.
- Opportunities to hold a champion and supervisor role (one-year post qualification)
- You will support people from different cultural backgrounds, ages and use interpreters as needed. You will be passionate about providing equal opportunities.
- You will work autonomously, following a plan agreed in line management and in accordance with service policies and procedures.
- We are committed to supporting you with regular CPD, supervision and daily debrief/duty.
- You will be based in The Isleworth Centre (team base) and other sites in the London Borough of Hounslow at least two days per week.
You will work at least one late shift (12- 8pm, Mon- Thurs).
