The successful candidates will enjoy comprehensive training in a variety of hospital pharmacy aspects together with exposure to community services as we strive to fulfil the integrated care ambitions of the NHS long term plan. The department fosters a strong commitment to the education and training of all individuals, where your development will be supported through enrolment on to the UCL diploma in General Pharmacy practice
Main duties of the job
- Participation in multidisciplinary ward and board rounds delivering and promoting high quality, cost-effective, patient-focused prescribing and medicines use.
- Participation in practice and clinical research and audit.
- Participation in the education, training and supervision of pharmacy, medical and nursing staff and other allied healthcare professionals.
