Essential
- Eligible for full UK GMC Registration and possess FRCS (Urol) or equivalent
- On GMC Specialist Register in relevant specialty, or at the time of interview within 6 months of expected date of CCT

Clinical Skills & Experience

- Comprehensive training in Urological surgery
- Excellent clinical skills
- Involvement in the clinical audit process and an understanding of its aims and objectives
- The ability to undertake and manage clinical audits including supervision of junior staff.
Teaching skills & experience and Research
Essential
- Proven ability to teach in clinical settings
- Ability to act as a consistent reference point in a team and to take a leadership role where needed
- Experience of teaching at undergraduate and post graduate levels
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload, to delegate responsibilities as appropriate and supervise staff
