Main duties of the job

Are you interested in developing your service lead skills and experience. The Nutrition & Dietetics (ND) and Podiatry Departments at Whittington Health (WH) are pleased to offer you an exciting opportunity to lead these teams where we value you, your career, & our patients.

You will be supported by and experienced Care Group Lead in Therapies as well as a Service Business Manager.The post holder will be strategically, operationally and financially accountable for the development and delivery of the Whittington Health ND and Podiatry Services.

Services are provided across several sites across Islington and Haringey as well as a clinic at the Whittington Hospital, with 28 WTE within Podiatry service and 10 WTE within the ND Service.

Staff wellbeing and EDI are high priorities for the Service and Trust.

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and customer services, continual service improvement, service re-design and development, managing staff performance, and providing professional advice on service improvements.
