Main duties of the job
- Assess patients by discussing their mental health conditions
with them.
- Provide treatment to patients and ensure medications are
correctly administered.
- Prepare patients' records and maintain them effectively.
- To escalate appropriately any changes in the patients mental
or physical state.
- Promoting patients independence, choice, dignity, and respect
by delivering the very best standards of care and striving for continuous
improvement.

role is for a Registered Mental Health Nurse who has robust, evidence-based
knowledge of mental health care within an acute setting and who wants a
flexible and rewarding role. The post holder will be responsible for the safe
delivery of individualised care to patients while working as part of a
Multi-disciplinary Team. The post holder should be an advocate for their
patients, meaning that they should actively support and represent the interests
and needs of the patients.
