Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, motivated, and passionate registered nurse or midwife to support the Trust's Pathway to Excellence re-designation programme. This is an 18-month fixed term position offering a unique chance to be part of a prestigious programme aimed at enhancing nursing and midwifery practice across the organisation. You'll gain invaluable experience working alongside experts in the field and contributing to making a real difference in patient care. Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Leading communication and engagement activities in preparation for re-designation and the Pathway to Excellence survey
- Leading the ongoing design and development of the Excellence Ambassador network
- Supporting the collation of exemplars from practice to be included in the Pathway Standards Document
- Monitoring and reporting key metrics related to staff engagement, escalating issues to the Pathway To Excellence Facilitator Lead as appropriate
