Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Haemophillia service within the Haematology team. The post-holder will work closely an in collaboration with clinical, and administrative colleagues within Haemotology. This post is 30 hours worked over 4 days based at UHCW.

They will work as part of the data team to support the delivery of key performance indicators and provide high quality support including information validation, analysis and administrative support.

Main duties of the job

To work alongside the Haemophilia team to ensure adherence to key performance indicators and maintain the monitoring documents of these indicators.

- Ensure accurate and timely submissions for local and national reporting requirements required by UKHCDO.

- To ensure standards for clinical data and quality within the group are met.

- Develop and produce information and databases as required.

Be a first point of enquiry for all data requests within the group.

  • Facilitate aspects with both clinical and non-clinical teams, including: - Manage internal and external database systems. - Oversee administrative functions relating to meetings for the Haemophilia team.- Preparing agendas within the appropriate Trust templates- Liaising with meeting members for items for inclusion- Taking accurate attendance- Recording minutes and actions- Monitoring and facilitating completion of actions- Room Bookings
  • - Clinic management for outpatient clinics, making appointments, arranging interpreters.
  • - Work closely with other members of the team to provide cross cover in absences and increase resilience within the team.

- Keeping a well-managed and organised system in place for all administrative tasks.
