The post holder will be expected to work within existing local and national guidelines, as well as be part of a continued cycle of improvement. Clinicians are encouraged to take a key role in the development assessment and streaming services, forming close working relationships with the emergency medicine senior management team.

The Trust will soon commence teaching as a generalist school, and we expect postholders to contribute to that generalist training to develop community and integrated care professionals of the future.
