Job summary
As the Chief Digital&Data Information Officer you will lead on the design, and implementation of a Digital and Data strategy; working in partnership with key stakeholders to shape the strategy across the Coventry and Warwickshire Integrated Care System. Our Organisational Strategy 'More than a Hospital' sets a clear plan for improvements in healthcare and you have a role to play, in leading the Digital and Data teams, to ensure high quality, safe and effective, digital infrastructure and robust data security systems are embedded to support the delivery of world class-quality patient care and experience. You will engage with clinical & non-clinical colleagues to build a digital culture, capability and vision to transform service delivery and ensure that the benefits and opportunities of digital and data driven transformation are realised.

Do you have the influence, drive and expertise in digitalisation strategy, complex information systems, advanced technology, governance, and Cyber Security to lead our digital/data functions and strategy?

Have you worked at Director or Deputy Director level of a large and complex organisation delivering digital innovation?
- Have you developed complex business cases and investment strategies, worked across professional and organisational boundaries, and contributed to strategic decision making?

Main duties of the job
- Develop, embed and deliver a digital/data strategy which aligns to existing Trust strategies and values, maximising digital innovation and research and developmen
- Provide clear assurance that a governance framework is in place to ensure compliance with national NHS and statutory digital and data standards
- Provide visible leadership to the ICT and Digital/Data, Performance and Informatics and Electronic Patient Record (EPR) teams ensuring team growth and development aligned to future
- Create the conditions to have a data driven improvement culture where teams can use the most appropriate information to accelerate best practice and adoption by using data to create quality
- Lead engagement with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to build a digital culture, capability,and vision to transform service delivery for patients and staff.
