Job summary
Take day-today responsibility for administrating the Quality Information Systems such as Datix to extract information and data for monthly and adhoc reports. To provide administrative support for the Quality Systems Officer and Quality Systems Lead. To support with training packages provided by the team and the accurate update of information on the systems. Previous experience of DATIX is desirable, strong excel and data reporting skills are essential. In liaison with the Quality Information Lead support the provision of Quality Information reports extracted from the relevant systems.

Main duties of the job
1. To complete with the daily coding and closing of incidents on Datix and uploads to the National Reporting & Learning System / Learning from Patient Safety EventsFramework (NRLS/LFPSE).
2. To provide adhoc reports utilising systems such as Datix to provide information to groups.
3.Undertake any data entry and prepare statistics for the Patient Safety & Risk team and prepare reports including weekly, figures, regular monthly, quarterly andannual reports, Quality Account Annual Reports and any ad-hoc reports as requested.
4.To liaise with outside agencies as necessary to enable appropriate resolution of incidents.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant Trust policies regarding the handling and management of incident systems, including the Incident Management Policy,Information Governance Policy, Data Protection Policy, Records Management Policy, and Serious Incident Reporting Procedure.
