Job summary

Are you an experienced senior communications professional looking for your next big challenge? We are looking for an inspiring individual with an instinct for telling the story and showcasing the successes of one of the busiest NHS Trusts in the country.

You will know how to help us raise awareness and spread messages effectively for health stories that matter using the latest media, digital and social media techniques. You will get involved with all aspects of communications and be supported by a large, friendly team.

Main duties of the job

The Senior Communications Officer (Band 6) will work within a corporate communications team to deliver impactful and evidence-based messaging and story-telling that resonate with our audiences.

This senior role will support the many innovations and technology transformations our organisation is involved with across all aspects of communications and marketing. We don't expect you to have all the skills listed but our team are able to offer this full range of advice and expertise to our Trust.
